Take it easy!

Finding a job immediately after graduation is a hard task! The constant rejection will put pressure on you but the key is to take it one at a time. Don’t take rejections as something personal but use them to improve your skills.

Have a positive mindset

A positive mindset will help you to see the brighter side of things. Regularly remind yourselves of your achievements.

Practice self-care

Job hunting can take a serious toll on your mental health hence it is important to practice yoga and other self-mediation exercises that can help reduce anxiety and make you calm.

Reminder!

Recieving constant updates about your colleagues getting jobs can be disheartening, especially when you're still facing rejections.

Remember, everyone's journey is unique.

Focus on self-compassion, learn from each experience and seek support.
